Our approach

Our engagement

We joined the WinZO team with an immediate challenge: validate 62 live games, each with real-money mechanics, against a timeline that the industry would typically measure in months, not weeks. Our initial scoping produced a comprehensive testing strategy led by a single senior engineer, with an estimated delivery timeline of 13 months. The plan covered test cases across all device types, OS versions, and the complete network condition matrix relevant to WinZO's user base.

The client needed a faster path. After a focused strategic review, we scaled the team to four engineers and restructured the engagement around a game-per-week cadence, five games per sprint, 12 active testing weeks, and one final week reserved exclusively for defect documentation and reporting. The revised commitment: test all 62 games in 13 weeks total. We delivered in 11.

Every game was validated end to end, gameplay mechanics, real-money transaction flows, payment edge cases, and multi-platform behaviour across Android 9, 12, and 13 and iOS 13+. 58,346 test cases were executed in total. 130 critical production-level defects were identified and documented, each carrying the potential for financial impact or reputational damage if left unaddressed. A structured kick-off, clear tooling setup, and a testing cadence that held firm throughout the engagement made it possible to deliver 60% faster than the industry baseline, without compromise.
