End-to-end QA for a leading cancer screening and diagnostics platform

Our QA team was engaged to perform thorough desktop-focused testing across the Exact Sciences web platform, a health-critical environment serving patients, providers, and researchers navigating cancer screening, diagnostics, and treatment guidance. The primary goal was to validate the platform's functional correctness, visual integrity, and metadata accuracy before and during active production cycles.

Functional testing covered the complete range of user-facing flows: navigation, content rendering, form interactions, product information pages, and call-to-action journeys spanning Cologuard®, Oncotype DX®, CancerGuard®, and other key product areas. Every critical workflow was validated for expected behavior, error states, and edge cases across all in-scope pages.

UI validation was executed across four major browsers, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, on both Windows and macOS operating systems, ensuring consistent rendering and layout fidelity. In parallel, our team conducted a thorough Alt text and meta attribute audit, identifying missing, duplicate, or inadequate metadata across the platform. Given the medically sensitive user base, accessibility and SEO correctness were treated as first-class quality concerns, not afterthoughts.
