QAble's engineers embedded with the Augmont team to deliver comprehensive QA coverage across four platforms, Admin Web, Buyer Web, Android, and iOS. The engagement covered the full testing lifecycle: from requirements understanding and test case design to execution, defect reporting, and sign-off. Test cases were derived from functional and technical specification documents and executed manually, with actual results systematically verified against expected outcomes.

The team established a structured defect management process using both JIRA and Excel, enabling real-time visibility into bug status across all severity levels. Of the 515 total bugs identified, spanning High, Medium, and Low severity, 459 were successfully closed, reflecting a resolution rate of over 89%. All testing was conducted across Test, UAT, and Production environments, including Beta and Live releases for mobile platforms.

A standout aspect of the engagement was achieving 100% business flow coverage within the defined project scope. The team applied multiple testing techniques including boundary value analysis, positive and negative test case design, and exploratory testing, including dedicated exploratory sessions within the Odoo ERP integration, where additional defects were surfaced and shared directly with the Odoo team. This structured, collaborative approach ensured every release met Augmont's quality standards before reaching end users.

Functional and UI testing

Our team derived and executed comprehensive functional test cases for all modules across the Admin Web and Buyer Web platforms. Testing covered happy path flows, boundary value scenarios, and negative test cases to validate input/output conditions. UI testing verified that interface elements, buttons, menus, forms, and navigation, behaved correctly and consistently across Chrome, Edge, and Firefox on Windows. All test results were systematically recorded in a structured Excel test management repository, providing full traceability from requirement to execution.
